Edward D. (Ned) Breslin joined Water For People as Director of International Programs in 2006, and was appointed CEO in 2009 after close to 20 years working in the water and sanitation sector in Africa. He is focused on transforming water sector philanthropy and transparency by focusing on outcomes and lasting results over time, and was a 2011 recipient of the Skoll Award for Social Entrepreneurship.
