Harvey Koh is a Managing Director at FSG, where he co-leads the Inclusive Markets approach area dedicated to harnessing innovative business models to benefit the global poor. Harvey is based in India where he has been engaged in efforts across the housing, water and healthcare sectors. He also directs field-building research into market-based solutions to poverty, calling out the problem of the pioneer gap in 2012 and highlighting ecosystem barriers to scaling new models in 2014. Previously, Harvey co-led Monitor Inclusive Markets (MIM), a social action unit of Monitor Deloitte.

Harvey was founding head of programmes at Private Equity Foundation, a venture philanthropy fund established in London by leading PE firms to tackle the crisis of youth unemployment in the UK and Germany. Harvey has also worked at New Philanthropy Capital and The One Foundation.

Harvey was born and raised in Malaysia.
