Charlotte has been with the Foundation since 2008. Before joining the Foundation, Charlotte was in Corporate Finance, firstly with Jefferies and Company in the United States and then with JP Morgan Cazenove in London. She has extensive experience in international capital markets and M&A advisory work. Her sector focus was in industrials, mining and energy. Charlotte holds a BA Hons Degree in Theology from Oxford University, where she was also President of the Oxford Union. After Oxford, she was awarded a Frank Knox Memorial Fellowship to study International Relations and Public Policy at Harvard, where she spent a year at the Kennedy School of Government and Graduate School of Arts and Sciences. She also holds a Master of International Affairs Degree from Columbia University.
